How to use the All Inventory view

This page outlines how you can change, close and delete listings using the All Inventory View page, which can be found under the Manage Inventory link in the Inventory tab in Seller Central.

When you want to designate a listing to be fulfilled by Amazon.com, you must first create it as merchant fulfilled. You then change the listing to be Fulfilled by Amazon.com.

Note: If you are using flat file feeds, refer to Seller Central Help > Exchanging Data with Amazon.

From the All Inventory View page, you can search open listings, close listings, use the Add a Product feature to create listings, and remove listings. Actions that relate specifically to the FBA program are also available:

Using the All Inventory View page, you can manage your products and any listings that you fulfill.

  • A product is an item in the Amazon catalog, with its own detail page and a unique ASIN (an Amazon-specific product identifier used for cataloguing).
  • A listing is your particular offer associated with a product. For example, you can have a listing for one used copy of a book, and a separate listing for three new copies. Each listing could have different fulfillment methods.
  • For information on creating new listings, adding products and maintaining existing listings, see the Seller Central Overview.
