The FBA Shipping Programmes and Export (“FBA Export”) allows you to fulfill orders of eligible products on Amazon.it to a mailing address that is not within Italy. Each seller account is automatically enabled for “EU” unless you disable this programme. FBA Shipping Programmes and Export currently offers three options:
By listing products in FBA you agree that Amazon ships your FBA orders on Amazon.it to postal addresses in accordance with your FBA Export settings. You can, at any time, exclude a product from FBA Export [here] or change or disable your FBA Export settings by visiting the “Shipping programmes and Export settings” page. Your participation in FBA Export is subject to this programme policy, the terms of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement, including Amazon’s International Seller Rules and Amazon’s programme policies. You must exclude any Prohibited Products (click here) before you start selling with FBA Export.
ASIN eligibility in the Exportable Inventory Report only confirms that the product can be shipped outside the UK using Amazon’s European Fulfilment Network. This might change from time to time. It does not validate that your product complies with any laws applicable to its offer, sale, transportation and/or storage. You are solely responsible for and must ensure that your products comply with all applicable laws at all times.
We can terminate your participation in FBA Export, remove ASINs or offers from FBA Export, discontinue this programme or modify the policy thereof at any time.
FBA export settings are marketplace specific. To edit your FBA Export settings, click Fulfilment by Amazon under the Settings drop-down menu in Seller Central. You can edit FBA Export for EU under the Shipping Programmes and Export Settings group. You can choose to discontinue exporting your FBA products at any time by changing your settings in that same page or exclude an ASIN from this programme by clicking here.
Multi-Channel Fulfilment orders can be exported to EU countries that are supported by FBA. World-wide export orders, including Media products, are not supported by Multi-Channel Fulfilment orders. For international Multi-Channel Fulfilment orders, you must identify the destination country when you submit the order. The online Multi-Channel Fulfilment Order form has a drop-down menu listing the countries available for FBA Export. If you are submitting orders using a flat file or an API, you will need to enter the two-letter ISO country code for the countries supported by Amazon.
At no extra charge, you can enrol in the EU FBA Shipping programme and expand your business to EU26 countries (media and non-media products) and worldwide (media products) without dealing with cross-border selling complexities.
When processing customer returns for units fulfilled through EU FBA export, Amazon’s FBA Return Policy are used to determine whether a unit is eligible to be returned. The seller does not pay any shipping cost in FBA export customer returns.
There are three enrollment options for the EU shipping programmes and Exports, as seen below:
All FBA accounts in the EU marketplaces are automatically enrolled in the FBA Shipping Programme with the EU option. You can change or disable your Shipping Programme settings at any time by visiting Shipping Programmes and Export page.
