Monitor feedback and performance

When you sell on Amazon, monitoring performance is essential to your success. You can do so by viewing the Account Health page, which helps you monitor your seller account’s adherence to the performance targets and policies required to sell on Amazon. In addition to monitor your performance, you can communicate directly with your customers by following the Communication Guidelines to support their needs and provide a quality shopping experience.

Performance information we show to buyers

We show the Shipped on time metric and the Response time on buyer-seller contacts to Amazon Business customers on your Seller profile page. The Shipped on time metric is the reverse of Late Shipment Rate and is calculated as 100% minus Late Shipment Rate. The Response time is the Average response time on buyer-seller contacts. Note that this information is shown only to registered Amazon Business customers. Customers who do not have an Amazon Business account do not see them. Late Shipment Rate is visible to you on the Account Health page in Seller Central.
