Q.: What is a webinar and where does it take place?

A.: A webinar is a training session which is held online via the internet. You can ask questions and interact with the presenters through a chat feature.

Q.: Is it free?

A.: Amazon Services webinars are free of charge unless otherwise stated during the registration process.

Q.: Will I be able to talk to an Account Manager during the session?

A.: You will be able to put your questions to the webinar hosts through the chat feature. Unfortunately, it is not possible to connect you to a specialized account manager during a webinar. Accordingly, questions that are specific to your account or related to a particular category might not receive an immediate answer during the session. Please contact Seller Support if that happens.

Q.: Can I receive a recording of the session?

A.: Yes. When you sign up for a session you will receive an email with the webinar recording and other useful information. Recordings of past sessions can be found in our webinar archive.

Q.: Can I invite other people to the session?

A.: Yes. You can share the registration link and ask them to register.

Q.: What are the technical requirements for participating in the webinar?

A.: You will need a computer with an internet connection and speakers or headphones.

Q.: Can I participate over my smartphone or tablet?

A.: Yes. The omNovia Web Conference App is now available on both Android and iOS (iPhone and iPad) devices.

Q.: When is the next webinar?

A.: To find out about upcoming webinars, visit our Amazon Services Event Page or subscribe to our webinar mailing list. Amazon offers webinars regularly to help you understand the different products and services we offer and to help you expand your business. 

If you are not available at the time of the event but still want to learn more, you can register to receive an email with the recording and other useful information. Recordings and presentations of past events can also be found in our webinar archive.

Q.: What do I have to do to participate?

A.: To register for an upcoming session, go to the Amazon Services Webinar Page and click on the direct registration link. (You can also find this link in the invitation email.) You will be taken to the event page with the details of the session. To finalise your free registration, provide your First and Last Name, your Email Address and your Seller Account Email Address.

When you have completed these steps, you will receive an email from Amazon Events( with instructions and a personal Login Link to the event (if you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder). On the day of the event, you should access the webinar room 15 minutes before the official start time.
