Upload a prepaid return label
Pre-paid return labels provide free shipping to buyers who want to return products purchased from you.
Before you upload a pre-paid return label, make sure your label meets the Pre-paid Return Label Requirements.
- From the Orders drop-down menu, select Manage Returns.
- Click Authorize Request for the return request you’d like to approve.
- In the Your return mailing label section, select "I will provide a pre-paid mailing label for this request."
- Upload a return label, select the carrier used, and enter the tracking ID if you have it.
- Set the return label cost to 0.00 EUR to ensure that the buyer is not charged for return shipping.
