No matter if you fulfill products through our fulfilment center or if you fulfill them yourself, you must adhere to Amazon’s published return policy, under the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement. Sellers are required to issue a full refund of the item, original shipping costs, and the return costs on claims related to:

  • Damages
  • Defects
  • Materially different

The return information directs buyers to the Amazon return policies and gives buyers the ability to contact you for information about any more favorable policies that may apply.
