Control Prime order volume

Use the Control Prime order volume tab to manage your Seller Fulfilled Prime order volume and make sure that you are able to process all Prime orders in a timely manner.

Enable/Disable Prime

Use this tab to immediately disable the Prime badge from all of your products. To restore, click the tab again and the Prime badge will reappear on your products.

Note: If a customer had a Seller Fulfilled Prime product in their cart when you disabled Prime, the customer is still able to order this product as Amazon Prime. We understand this is an inconvenience, but we do this to preserve the customer experience. Please ensure that these orders get to the customers on time by fulfilling the Amazon Prime promise.

Prime order limit per shipping day

Your daily order limit is the number of Amazon Prime orders that you can reliably ship every day.

You can change your daily order limit value at any time. This will be used going forward until you decide to change it again.You can also disable all Prime orders using the Enable/Disable Prime button. Once your daily order limit has been reached, the Prime badge will be disabled from your ASINs. The Prime badge will be restored after you reach your order cut-off time. The daily limit only applies to your Prime orders. It does not apply to Prime orders where the customer selects Standard shipping.

Note: Limits are defined based on the Expected Delivery day. For example, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be counted towards your Monday limit. Updates made to your daily limit will only take effect the next scheduled shipping day.


If I reach the Amazon Prime order limit at 6 a.m. Tuesday, when will the Prime badge be restored?

Your Prime badge will be restored the same day after customer cut-off time (02:00 pm).

Should I set up the daily order limit based on the forecasted daily volume of orders for Seller Fulfilled Prime?

No, we recommend that you to set the daily order limit based on your internal capacity to ship orders. As your business changes, you can continue to re-evaluate this number.

Why does the number of orders that I received today exceed the daily order limit that I have set?

This happens because customers might save the product in their cart and place an order at a later point of the day or week. We allow customers to place these types of orders through Amazon Prime even when the order limit of the seller is reached.

Why was the Prime badge disabled so early on Monday?

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are counted towards your Monday limit, resulting in the limit being reached early on Monday. If you can fulfill more orders, consider the weekend volume and available capacity before setting a daily order limit.
