Respond by & Status | After a business customer submits a request, you have 48 hours to respond and
set a discount. At the Respond by date, customers are notified about all new
quantity discounts offered by Amazon Business sellers. Response needed: You have not yet responded to this request. Responded: You have responded to this request by setting a quantity discount before the respond by date. Past due: You did not respond to this request before the respond by date. You can still respond to customer requests after this date; however, the customer that submitted this request will not be notified. Setting a discount after the respond by date can still help increase your chances of making a sale to other business customers. |

Available inventory | Your current available inventory, exclusive of inbound, FC transfer, reserved,
and unfulfillable inventory.
Note: If your inventory
is lower than the number of units the customer has requested, there will be a warning sign next to
your available inventory. To make your quantity discount available for the requested quantity,
please add inventory.
