Department removal from shoes listing experience

In order to simplify listing experience for products under shoes category, Amazon plans to remove department_name from listing experience (custom templates, category-specific inventory file templates, and product updates made one at a time). To derive the department name, Amazon will use two attributes which already exists as mandatory attributes in listing experience for shoes: footwear_age_group and target_gender.

This change will be made any time after October 28. After this time, department will be removed from listing experience, but the department attribute will remain in Amazon catalog. Amazon will automatically derive department_name values from footwear_age_group and target_gender which are mandatory attributes, as shown below.
