Error code 300429

We could not access the media at URL !{imageUrl}. A 429 HTTP status code was received. Ensure that the server or firewall configuration is not rate limiting Amazon servers and preventing them from accessing the media.

This error occurs when:

• The server received too many requests in a given amount of time ("rate limiting") from the user (Amazon).

Our systems try several times to retrieve the media from the specified URL, but in some cases, all attempts fail. To fix this error, try this:

• Try submitting the file again after waiting a short period.
• Update the server or firewall to stop rate limiting Amazon servers.
