The issue with buyers showing up as "Amazon Business EU SARL"

Is this causing issues for any one else and have you found a work around?

Now we are getting a lot of orders that show up as Amazon Business EU SARL , the problem is by them doing this they amazon do not allow you to contact the buyer in case of questions needed to ship the order (we sell made to measure products so you can see how this can cause issue). Not only this but they do not show a phone number either, so you can't add this info to your parcel tracking, so the end user has no tracking notifications leading to more "could not deliver" returns / refunds etc.

Amazons arguement would be they would normally expect there to be no reason to contact the customer.

Amazon themselves won't ever need to contact the customer - and customisation listings like yours should include all the info required to prep the order.

But you are right - it is bonkers. Not sure if they have fixed this issue but you can't refund these customers either!

Assuming you are on a Pro account, you can access an e-mail address for the buyer under Order Reports - Unshipped Orders. It's only available prior to marking as shipped.

It's an Amazon e-mail address, but it would help with tracking notifications. I've also used it to contact buyers in the past.

What I don't know if works the same for business customers as it does for retail ones.
