Shipment closed, no discrepancies, but inventory not available or reserved?

I sent in 4 boxes of inventory for 3 products. One full box of each product and one mixed box. All the inventory has been received and checked in, with no discrepancies and the shipment closed, but the mixed product box is not showing on my inventory as either available, inbound, unfulfillable or reserved.

I can't open a shipment investigation, because there aren't any discrepancies. Does anyone know what I should do?

Was the number of each 3 product received and checked in equal what you shipped?

If so, then why do you need to investigate if there is no discrepancies?

If the total number received is not the same as what you shipped, then you need to provide more info for anybody to help you to figure out what to do next.

Were 4 boxes all shipped to the same FC or to 4 different centers?

If the 4 boxes were shipped to 4 different FCs, each box should have its own shipment in the shipping queue.

Are the 4 shipments all closed?

Does the shipment for the mix product showing it as shipped, delivered, or received?

@Seller_wC0YseOohUrlJI've noticed that the information on the manage inventory and Manage FBA pages is not necessarily correct over the past week or so as it does not match what is in the inventory ledger for certain of my SKUs as well. If you to go Reports - Fulfillment - Inventory Ledger, then look at each SKU that was in your mixed box using the settings "Aggregate by Country" and "Disposition Sellable" for the past 30 days, do you see them show up on the inventory ledger the day that the shipment says that they were checked in?

Good luck, same thing happened to me and I've been waiting 2+ months and my invenotry still isn't uploaded
