Buyer left negative feedback for our order from 113-8569678-4480207. The comment is: "Ayer llame hable con un tal Eric y no me supo responder solo me colgó la llamada e estado llamando contante mente y sale ocupado y me cuelgan pésimo servicio"

For this order, the buyer never call for us due to we haven't US phone number. we have always responsed to the buyer on time once the buyer replied to us, and we also offered refund and the buyer replied that received the refund. So we resolved the issue. Amazon can access to the buyer's communication emails with us. I think this feedback is wrong.

But Amazon will not remove it. Case ID is 15145194581. This feedback should be removed. I hope the other team can help me.
