Getting Logged Out Every 5 Minutes
Anyone else getting logged out of their Amazon Seller Central constantly throughout the day while using it? I cannot even get any work done without getting logged out every 5 minutes and having to log back in with 2FA every single time. It is quite frustrating. I can't even get through creating a FBA shipment without getting logged out and losing my progress. I got logged out so many times on day that I got locked out of my account for 24 hours for getting too many OTP in one day. I am unable to get any help on this. I am losing time and money having to navigate this every single day. Please help.

happening to me as well. Tried deleting google history and cache as this has helped in the past, but not this time.

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.
You can try by checking the "Keep me signed in" box, this will reduce the number of times you're asked to Sign-In on one device.
As alternative, you can also with a 2FA app which will provide you with a one time code and reduce the number lock outs since there won't be any texts sent to you.

This is happening to us as well. Not frequently - but enough that it is a concern! The last time it happened I was in the middle of buying shipping and lost all the shipping info I had. Showed it as shipped but hadn't printed the labels yet. Yes we have "keep signed in" check. It is very random and you just don't know when it will happen. This NEVER happened until we had to get the 2FA .
