Brand registry - Pending Review for a month

Hello Brand Registry team,

I applied for brand registry a two week ago. On the brand registry page, it says "Pending Review". However, after applying I accidentally closed the case and cannot reopen it. it won't let me reapply because it says "Application for my brand name is currently under review" for the same brand.

Case ID: 15331491631.

Can you please take a look?

I really appreciate your help.
