amazon warehouse selling my products (brand) and they sell used and unusable products!!!

amazon warehouse selling my products (brand) and they sell used and unusable products!

what to do?

we are getting upset customers upset because they are getting a locked product which they cannot use and they leave 1 star reviews.

since we are the brand owners we can stop anyone from selling our product(?!) including amazon.

at least what i think it should be, i have created a case which obviously didnt help like most cases with amazon support.

what now?

Have you ever had items go missing you shipped into FBA? If so were you reimbursed for those lost items?

If Amazon has ever reimbursed you for lost items and later find those in their warehouse then they have the right to sell those items themselves. It's in their policies. I see people complaining about this same thing on here all the time and I think so far all of them have said that yes they had shipments lost at FBA before and were reimbursed. If you have also had this happen then you just have to wait it out until they sell out of your product.
