Why is it so hard to get an Account Health Specialist on the phone?

Why is it so difficult to get someone on the phone? I have been trying to call for two days, the "wait time is unavailable" and I immediately get shut down every time I try to call, because no one is there to pick up the phone. It appears no one knows how do anything besides copy and paste the same format for all of my cases that I have opened.

I need an ACCOUNT HEALTH SPECIALIST to look at Complaint ID: 15877723361

What is the issue? Is your account still deactivated?

Thank you for reaching out on forums. Can you please provide a little additional information for me? I do not have visibility into that case. I think you are also saying you are not able to contact Account Health Support?

If you are having trouble contacting Account Health Support, this would be my guidance:

Check the call back number, you should NOT include country code or a zero before the number. First, select the country code from the drop down options where your number is registered and then add the phone number. Please submit one call request at a time and allow at least 7 minute gaps between requests. If you continue to experience problems, you may try a different phone number. If you continue to receive errors, you may screen shot them and provide them in this feed. Another question I might ask is if you have any type of caller protection on your phone number? And if this is a common occurrence, you might reach out to your telephone service provider.

For me to assist you in greater detail, could provide a little more information, the original deactivation notice for the ASIN? Something that I can review and respond to.
