salve, sto notando che mi vengono assegnati solo i feedback negativi, ho ricevuto dei feedback positivi perché non mi vengono messi i clienti mi hanno comunicato che mi avevano rilasciato un feedback positivo e molto probabilmente altri che mi avevano detto che lo mandavano

Sorry but I do not understand what the issue is? Please can you elaborate, in English. Are you confusing seller feedback with product reviews by any chance?
