EU Responsible Person / GPSR
Im wondering if its allowed to simply setup a company in the EU to act as the EU responsible person?
If so - has anyone done it and what are the implications?
I can see that Estonia allows foreign nationals to incorporate by becoming an e-citizen of Estonia.
Has anyone any experience of this?
I want to create a backup plan incas Amazon does not give us a way of avoiding the EU GPSR Northern Ireland quandary. Im quite happy to let go of EU sales anyway as they the fraud levels and return postage costs are making trading in the EU more and more pointless as time goes by.

We are thinking of doing this, I cannot from the EU and Amazon websites see any reason as to why this won't be valid. It says if you have a subsidiary or establishment in an EU country, then you indeed can be the EU RP.
