We are not able to get past Step #1 in this migration process. Individuals involved in setting up MWS years ago are no longer with our company. Step #1 says to Sign into Seller Central using your developer credentials. I suspect I don't have developer credentials yet (how do I know?), so when I try to go to a link to fill out for Developer access, I get an error message of not having permission. Our Primary User does not know where to go, what to do (if anything) to help out. Any suggestions to get past Step #1 are appreciated. Note that I opened a case with Amazon Seller Central Support for MWS / SP-API, and the feedback I got went in circles (it was not helpful). Thanks!
