You cannot cancel a pending order.

But the question would be are you drop shipping (supplier doesn't have enough product)? You should have product available on hand if you are listing it to sell.

You will have to wait until the order status changes to unshipped. Then you will need to cancel. This will count against you of course.

Both @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 and @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl have given you good information.

Pending orders can sit there for a long time (longer than Amazon says they might) and they might just disappear at some point.

Dropshipping is EXTREMELY dangerous on Amazon at this point.

You have to be sure to follow their very detailed rules to the letter and ONE mistake by the DS source can get you kicked off Amazon permanently.

The FIRST question that needs to be asked is this -- Have you verified with the BRAND that your source is REALLY an authorized wholesale distributor?

There are a LOT of FAKE wholesalers out there ranging from places like Sam's Club, Costco, BJs Wholesale and others to all those Gray market providers touted on TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and other places. AND there are places like Ali#$#$ that sell counterfeits and knockoffs.

Any of the guys mentioned have resulted in so many account suspensions that it is impossible to count the number.

When Amazon says in Seller U to use an Authorized Reseller they mean an AUTHORIZED (by the BRAND) Wholesale Distributor – NOT some random wholesale distributor that has “thousands of brands” in stock but is NOT authorized by the brand.
