AWD - failed to make appointment invalid PO
I have an AWD shipment and when my carrier make an appointment,it shows the po invalid or not destined for FC IUSJ.I contact the amazon and they told me the shipment has 2 appointment record and give me 2 appointment id.However,these 2 appointment were not created by my carrier.What can i do to make an appointment for this shipment and deliver.
I'd be grateful if someone can confirm or advise what their carrier has used for the PO?

Is this a partnered-carrier shipment?
Are you reporting that you do not have valid delivery appointments for an inbound shipment, and that the ones provided by Amazon are not valid?
