SELLER SUPPORT PLEASE HELP THIS MERRY GO ROUND STOP!
My account was deactivated on items listed NOT on items sold. I can not provide any order ID since the item has NOT been sold per the notice for over 12 months. NONE of the options available fit anything I can report ON. I have no ID ORDER AND IT STATES ON THE CLAIM THAT NO INVENTORY WAS SOLD. HOW DOES ONE PROVE SOMETHING THAT DIDN'T EXIST. Having a listing that I did not create nor sell yet am being deactivated and not able to reply is insane. Can someone somewhere have some common sense to help in getting this cleared up so that I can close my account. All the emails I receive say the same thing. Go here and provide xyz. I have no xyz because I didn't sale the item. Just let me close this account and stop the merry go round of auto messages that do not provide any help whats so ever. Please help me make sense of this. Will this ever be able to close out?

Not having sold the item doesn't matter on Amazon. If you have it listed then that is considered intent and still a violation.
Not sure I completely understand, so I'm going to go off what I think I hear - You got hit with an Authenticity suspension and Amazon wants invoices, which you don't have.
If so you will not get past this these days and Amazon doesn't allow suspended accounts to be closed. Downgrade to Selling individually, remove all info you can from the account and move on. You are done on Amazon.
I can't offer much in the way of advice on how to proceed to try to resolve things without some screen shots.

As explained on your previous thread, you cannot close the account.
Since you stated that you cannot resolve the issue (my guess is that you were planning to dropship; otherwise, why would you not have invoices?), there is nothing left for you to do. The account will remain dormant, and you will never sell on Amazon again. But that differs little from being "closed".
