Shipping services purchased through Amazon
I'm writing to express my concern about recent, unrealistic shipping adjustments applied to my account for shipments from the US to Canada. These adjustments are significantly impacting my profit margins and causing frustration.I consistently follow the outlined packaging and weight requirements on the Amazon website. However, I've been encountering unexpected charges on these specific items.I'd greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions from the community on how to address this issue. Has anyone else experienced similar problems with shipping adjustments from the US to Canada?

Hi @Seller_WYLcm9DZezjCA, while carrier shipping correction charges are charged by the carrier, you can contact Seller Support to appeal on your behalf.
There are a few main reasons you may incur a carrier shipping correction charge for seller-fulfilled orders:
- The dimensions, weight, or both, for the product are incorrect (including if the product is returned by the customer and has physical attributes that don’t match your product listing or the item that was shipped).
- Your return address is incorrect or invalid. If your return address is undeliverable, the carrier charges an $18 fee for every package that could not be returned. Your return address must be in the same country as the store that you sell in, and must accept return packages.
- Unqualified item. The carrier determined that a shipping service was purchased for a product that does not qualify for that shipping service.
- Differences between Amazon Buy Shipping and Carrier Rates. There may be a difference between the amount calculated by Amazon Buy Shipping and the correct carrier charge.
- Manual Audit surcharge. Carriers charge a monthly per-package surcharge that was manually audited either during outbound or return shipping.
