Amazon holding the funds with no explanation

My disbursement has been missing since 19th Feb 2024; despite contacting Amazon several times, they have not given any answer or solution to the issue. Every time I spoke to someone they simply said, we have transferred your case, and the payment team will contact you but nothing, My account is over 12 years old, I made some changes in the company in Nov 2023, and Amazon asked me the verification documents which I provided, the account is fully verified and has received the email that your payment account is active and you can sell on Amazon. It has been one month since I received the verification email, but they hold my amount over £11,345.81; it is a frustrating situation; I am under a huge financial burden, and I have stopped selling as well, which means further financial issues. If Amazon lets me know what else I have to do or when the payment will be released, I can certainly make plans. This is stealing without any explanation for holding the funds.

If anyone has suggestions, please let me know what to do; if I start a small claim in the court, will this work, or is there any other suggestion? I have emailed several times to the managing director of Amazon Uk and Jeff Bezo as well, but there is only the same reply every time: that your case has been referred to the relevant department. If you do not receive any reply within two days, email us again. Even replying to that will end up with the same reply.
