My account was deactivated in error due to a change to my business address...
I requested a change of business address only 4 days ago. Amazon informed me they would be mailing a postcard with a code to verify the address. It has only been 4 days, with one of those days being a Sunday with no mail service and Amazon just deactivated my account because I haven't verified the code yet!
Amazon, please help!
I've been told there's nothing I can do to have my account reactivated until I get the postcard because this is all automated. There has to be something I can do. Both Amazon and our account is losing money while waiting on this postcard. In my account, it even states that I'm not supposed to receive the card for 5 more days.
Why was I deactivated!? I know this is the reason for deactivation because it was confirmed on a phone call.
Please help! We are going to lose thousands in sales and risk losing our ranking due to no fault of our own.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the deactivation of your account. I understand it was due to the change in the address on the account. This will cause the need for verification to be completed once again on the account as all current information on the account must be verified.
Unfortunately, due to the Inform Consumers Act, the account will go into a deactivated status if not fully verified. Our team does not have a way to reactivate the account without confirming the verification of each piece of information.
Moving forward, we would recommend completing the verification as soon as you receive the post card. Once the address is verified, the account will return to a reactivated status. If you do not receive the card after the date expected, then we would recommend taking steps to notify our team of this.
