No Response from community-help@amazon.com
It is astonishing that Amazon Community Help offers NO assistance, NO response, nothing. I have situation involving a customer review that is inaccurate and clearly fails to meet Amazon Community Standards, yet one at Amazon seems care and this has been going on since November!
It is unfortunate that Amazon miserably in two critical areas:
1. They seem to have forgotten that they profit from us professional sellers and we should be treated as customers.
2. They should hire domestic associates who can read - and comprehend a simple issue then empower associates to actually
How does a PAYING CUSTOMER (which we are) get some simple support?

You are not a customer, you are a "partner". What are you trying to have removed? Does it violate one of the three policies set forth by Amazon?

Hey @Seller_KTCdrCI5f4qBY - I'm Xander. I came across your post and wanted to jump in. Opening a case would be the best path for a response, and frankly reporting suspected buyer abuse will help leave a trail for repeat offenders.
