There is no "None, I am an individual" option in business type and if I try to verify USA business address I can't select USA as a country

Hi,

A few months ago, I created my Seller Central account as an individual with my personal details because at that time, I didn't have my LLC. But now I have my LLC, so I converted my "individual" account to a business account using my LLC details, but when I checked the legal entity option, my business location was Bangladesh, and my account was already on the "none, I am an individual" option. I accidentally clicked "privately owned business". And now the "None, I am an individual" option doesn't appear. I can't go back. I am stuck on other options. Otherwise, to verify my Business address when I try to select the country as the US (Note: my LLC is registered in the USA), I can't.

I already opened a case with Seller support. They said they are working on it, but I don't get any updates

This is not allowed because considered "transfering an acount". You created an account as INDIVIDUAL from abroad and now you want to transfer it to a LLC in USA. When we create the account we chose "Individual" or "Business". THAT can not be changed. Also the country can not be changed.

You have to properly close your actual account, wait some days and then create a new account with your new credentials and a new email address. Make sure you will get a utility bill for this US address....

Where did you hear that you can change the "Legal Entity" in a seller account?

If you have a Single Member LLC chose "Individual" in the tax interview, NOT "Business".

And if I close the carrent account and create a new account, could I use the same Passport and LLC which one I already use?
