Although I presented the invoice that Amazon requested, they sent me an e-mail saying 'We have received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.' They want an explanation from me but I don't know how to provide evidence for this explanation. There is no problem with my account health etc. How can I provide this evidence?

I am with the same problem here!
Sent the utility bill and business license and now the are accusing me of violating this section 3!
They don't help with anything and don't answer about what is this about.
I don't know how to prove something that i don't know what it acctually is about.
