Net procedures were zero, therefore no disbursement was made - Seriously

HI All , Thanks,  I am looking for some advice to figure out - 1 . Why ?  2.  How to deal with possible issues . As we know seller support is not the place where I can look for advice that is why I am looking for advice from forums followers [ real support people ]

We have been selling on Amazon for more than 10 Years [ Mainly FBA & small sales via FBM] , We normally get  disbursements every 2 weeks [ Account Level Reserve - 0 always ] . We had a disbursement on 2nd of July . Expecting a payment on 16th july . However , Have not received any transfers on 16 th of july .

after checking on the option Payments -  Total Balance :  , Excluding : Deferred transactions was showing under  Account Level Reserve.

I did an open case . call the account health team & check notification if there were any issues with accounts .

Case - reply - As you know , - Transferred to relevant team

 the account health team - No issues with account but   they do not deal with disbursements issues

However , I had received a reply from Escalation Support team -  " Thanks for reaching out to SAS-Escalations team.Regarding your request: if go to Seller Central and click on the hamburger menu on the top left corner, then on the option Payments -> Payments, you will be able to check your Payment Dashboard. If you click on the tab Disbursements, you will be able to see the period you are referring to and, if you click on the option "View Summary" on the right side (see attachment), net procedures were zero, therefore no disbursement was made.[ ID 10022369142 ] , "

Problem is that I can see the the hamburger menu on the top left corner - I can afford to buy one because all the funds are under  Account Level Reserve & future payment date  Excluding : Deferred transactions .

Luckily I had managed a small loan  - in order to arrange payment for VAT return due 23 of July and paying staff weekly salaries .

Please kindly advise me if any one has had a similar situation before with amazon and if there are any issues / documents that need to be updated . 

I do not mind about DD+7  , But it should not be months , years + .  I will be glad if any one helps me so that I can manage disbursements .  Kind Regards Smart Fashion

Could you share with me the case IDs where you received information from the SPS team that the case was transferred to another Team ?

Also, I can't find any case associated with your escalation ( 10022369142) . Are you sure that this is the correct iID?
