Significant AFW1 Fulfillment Center Delays (Fort Worth Texas)
I shipped products over a month ago, and the shipment was closed with 0 units received. Despite filing an investigation (Case 15584427521), I haven't received a single response. I provided the distributor's invoice (yes all of the required information is on there such as their address, my address, name, etc.) and the UPS receipt (yes all of the required information is on there including the weight) showing delivery to the fulfillment center, but there's been no tracking update since then. Of course seller central also shows that the package was delivered to AFW1 (The trailer with your shipment has arrived at an Amazon Fulfillment Center.......). Now, it appears that I'll need to open another investigation for a new shipment on 7/16 when I'm eligible to do so. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Initially, I attributed this to possible delays due to increased inventory for Prime Day, but no other fulfillment center I shipped merchandise to at the same time is facing this issue. What should I do now? Nobody is responding to my investigation; it's as if I didn't even create one.

Update: A new case was opened, and I provided the details again (Case ID 15619444921). Hopefully, someone will review the case and the invoice I provided and do the right thing. This is an AFW1 Fulfillment Center issue. Amazon needs to be transparent about the issue, let sellers know to expect delays, and remove locations that are over capacity from their shipment queue until they can reduce their inventory backlog.
I understand that their policy is to reimburse and then add items back to inventory if found, reversing the reimbursement. However, sellers are losing sales and may have seasonal merchandise that becomes unsellable, which is unfair to the seller and to the buyer who may have shown interest in the item, placed an order, and is expecting it to arrive, only for it to be delivered and lost at their fulfillment center.

Hi @Seller_BblfeyBB8m266,
Dominic from Amazon here, we actually cannot expedite shipments being checked in but I can see that the team was able to get to the shipment and the issue has been resolved.
Best,
Dominic
