Missing Bullet Point
The bullet points on most of my listings are missing and the product description which I've tried incorporating the text I would have put as bullet points into as a workaround, doesn't work either.
I've contaced a live chat advisor who said she can't see any bullet points on my listing (i know this already) then said she was unable to assist but passed the query over to another dept. That dept then responded telling me to delete each bullet point and re enter. Of course they emailed from an address I cannot respond to. Suffice to say I'd already tried deleting the bullet points and re entering with no success.
Hoping someone on here can advise what to do as my listings look poor in detail as a result.

i had same problem ,i deleted my brand name from bullet points that was the only way i found to work
