baby hip seat carrier approval
please help,
I enrolled my product, "baby hip seat carrier" on amazon but before I could start to sell amazon instructed me to "apply to sell" for this category of product. When I did so, a week later I was rejected without a reason to my surprise because I had all the requirements and this was no new product and there are a number of different FBA brands selling the same product on amazon. After they reviewed the case they responded back that I didn't have the name of the product on my packaging and that I used some professional photos when applied to sell. I was told once these issues are fixed, there wouldn't be a problem, worse case scenario I had to escalate and the issue would resolve. So I spent a lot of money out of budget to remake all the packages that include the name "hip seat baby carrier" on the packaging and then put the packaging in another packaging this one being a transparent plastic bag with "choking hazard" label as an extra step and precaution.
So I attempted to re-apply for this subcategory with no professional pictures and the named issue fixed a few days ago. 3 days ago, I received a response from amazon rejecting me once again but this time naming the issue which basically was that I did not include the name or contact information (physical address or phone number or website URL) of the business or manufacturer.
Now in my files and the attached documents, I provided the physical address of my supplier + my brand's name + email address on the packaging.
this issue was not named last time by amazon. The packaging is the same we only added the name of the product and added another layer of packaging.
I have done what I could to comply with all that amazon needs. I have gone way over budget.
Sorry this explanation was a bit long, does anyone have any idea where I went wrong or what I can do to fix this?
