UK FBA Receiver Phone Number

When I shipped Inventory from the US to UK , there was a long delay. because UPS was trying to get in contact with Amazon warehouse to deliver . What phone number / contact info do you use for amazon as the receiver?

The warehouse amazon populated for us is:

LBA2 - Amazon Doncaster : Amazon, Unit 1, Iport Avenue, DN11 0BG New Rossington, Doncaster, United Kingdom

Hello @Seller_VWMejLQ8wUXjw, I am only familiar with the US processes. I will provide these below as I'm sure it's quite similar, but you may want to post your question to the EU Forums for the most accurate answer.

In the US, to schedule a delivery appointment:

  1. Ensure your carrier has an accurate BOL for your shipment. For more information, go to Seller requirements for LTL, FTL, and FCL deliveries.
  2. Provide the Carrier Central user manual to your carrier.
  3. Have your carrier create an account, if it doesn’t already have one, and sign in to Carrier Central to request an appointment.
