Hi

I wonder if anyone can offer any advise regarding an appeal for Amazon deactivating our account in error regarding a counterfeit claim.

The product in question we purchased in 2017 and has been no longer manufactured since 2018. Amazon keep rejecting my appeal stating they need an invoice dated in the last 365 days. I have explained in my appeals this isn't possible and the reasons why.

Does anyone have any advise? Thank you
