1 Star Feedback for the wrong seller
The customer left a 1-star review referencing order ID 114-7683037-91445853, which does not correspond to our order ID 114-3464076-1113061. It appears the buyer intended to leave feedback for a different seller. We had nothing to do with the order mentioned in the 1-star feedback.
It seems the customer was upset because another order of theirs was canceled. However, we shipped their order promptly. It looks like they confused our transaction with a different one and left a 1-star review for the wrong seller.
We contacted Seller Support regarding this, but our request was automatically rejected because it doesn’t meet Amazon’s feedback removal criteria
