Application denied for Grocery & Gourmet Foods after multiple attempts
Hi, I've been having issues ungating the Grocery & Gourmet Foods category. I submitted actual photos of the invoice and the PDF invoice from AMAZON Business and included photos of the physical inventory with all sides of the product showing. I already have brand approval to sell this product but every time the Grocery & Gourmet Foods application would get declined automatically minutes after I submit with this message:
"We closed this case because you have submitted applications multiple times without providing new, updated, or required information. To appeal this decision, reply to this message and provide new documents for us to review. Do not submit a new application"

What do you mean by "Amazon Business"? Are you saying that you purchased items from Amazon, and are now attempting to sell them on Amazon?
If not, what is your source for your inventory? Is it an authorized distributor of the brands you are trying to sell?

If you got those products shipped to you via Amazon prime free shipping, you are violating policy and face getting your seller, business and buyer accounts suspended.
Business Prime shipping benefits are intended for an Amazon Business customer to ship products to itself or to locations for its own use. Amazon Business customers are not permitted to use Business Prime shipping benefits to purchase products for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship products to their customers or other parties.
