Trademark Violation and Rebranding Question
Hello
My trademark name is brand registered, but I did not receive a trademark. I received an IP Trademark Infringement by another Brand so need to change the actual name of the brand. I applied for another trademark that includes the original name but is different and does not create any issues despite the bogus infringement claim. Once I brand register on Amazon, I see the option to "rebrand" ASINs. Has anyone done this successfully?
Can I transfer the old ASINs to the new brand? If there is anyway I can keep my current listings with the reviews but just update the brand name, I’d really appreciate learning how. Thank you.

Where might you have seen that?
Just attempting to change the brand on a detail page can get your account suspended. New brand, new UPC, new page

Unfortunately, you cannot rebrand ASINs.
You can find this specifically on the Register products to your brand help page.
- "Note: The ASIN's brand name can only be updated when the ASIN is created. For more information, go to Amazon brand name policy."
