Customer killed our product by leaving a review for a completely different item.....anything at all we can do here?

Just as the title says, customer bought a food product from us and left a review about furniture that they purchased.

It's the first and only review for the product so essentially they just killed the listing. Is there anything at all that can be done about this? I reported the review but I highly doubt that will do anything, it never has in the past....

Maybe try reaching out to customer service and requestthey remove the bad review.

I had similar experience, Launched two products and used the Vine program. Customer outside of vine leave good reviews and everyone on vine leaves bad reviews for my two products. I'm thinking they just attacking new listings

We got accused of selling a bad laptop. We don't sell laptops. never did, and never will. They would NOT remove the feedback and since that was fulfilled by us, it would not be struck through. Amazon said "This is the customer's opinion, and we're sorry it can't be removed."
