Hello,

Looking for assistance from a mod here as we have hit a brick wall on all fronts on this matter.

We recently created ASIN: B0D1HKFFMJ which is a Samsung Cell Phone. The item should be under the category : Cell Phones & Accessories > Cell Phones

However, it is not properly categorized and because of this, 2 Problems are happening:

1) The item is not searchable.

2) The Referral Fee is coming in much higher than the 8% that it should be for the item.

We received approval to create this ASIN by Amazon under CASE ID: 15091063041 and we have successfully created it, and inbounded a good amount of units to FBA.

However because of the issues mentioned above, we cannot sell any because they do not come up in the search results on Amazon.com

When I speak to someone from Seller Support they tell me to contact the Brand Owner. This doesnt make sense, because obviously, we will not be able to get anyone from a large corporation at Samsung to pay attention to this ASIN, and also, we are the creators of the ASIN and I believe we have properly categorized the item upon creation, however if we did not, we just need Amazon to correct this. It is very clearly a CELL PHONE, and belongs in this category.
