adding a contact "Ship from" address
A new seller to Amazon: have added product successfully and enrolled for FBA - but when trying to add in the "Contact box" of step 1 for collection of inventory - I simply cannot add an address. The address I am entering matches exactly the address of record in the account settings. Been asking Amazon support but they are simply not understanding the issue. I also cannot edit the packimng from "individual" to "case" but maybe this can only be done after step 1 a

I've just been replying to another thread the same - thoughts it was because of them not being fully verified but perhaps its a more common problem
