Another A to Z Claim Of item not retrned and amazon sided with buyer
Customer bought an item from us, we shipped using amazon buy shipping. Customer initiated a return and opened an A-To-Z claim (instant approval), we stated customer did not return the item and refund will be issues once the item is returned. Customer sends us an empty package after about 1 week, we stated in the claim customer sent empty package and created a support case to send images and referenced the case ID to the appeal.
