Brand name incorrectly set by another seller
Hi, I have several listings with an incorrect brand name - we have a brand name which we own, but these listings were set up by sellers of our products before we started selling on Amazon, and they used our range names rather than our brand so it wasn't malicious, just incorrect. Having read through lots of posts it seems that my only option is to delete the listings and then create new ASINs to replace them.
My question is, as the EAN won't have changed, the product hasn't been changed in an way, and has the same barcode printed on the back, will I be able to set up a new ASIN using the same EAN, which is held by us under our brand on GS1?
Any help much appreciated!
