We specialize in children's jewelry, and all our products have previously received approval from Amazon Product Safety after we provided lab reports, CPC certificates, images, and other necessary documentation. However, four days ago, Amazon unexpectedly blocked many of these approved ASINs, citing non-compliance. This situation is incredibly frustrating, as we've been selling these products for years, and some were approved by Amazon only weeks or years ago. Despite opening multiple cases, Amazon Seller Support seems unaware of the specific regulations regarding children's jewelry. We need to get in touch with the department that initially approved these products (Children's Product US). Can someone assist us with this issue?
