Is this forum really useful to anyone?

Apart from the fact that we are allowed to make rants, complain, expose our problems, has this new forum been useful to anyone?

I mean I have read many threads, in many of them moderators promise to help, write scripts and offer to do something but in almost none of them the forum members write that their problems were solved or in the threads they write the progress of the problems.

It seems that just as we have a time to answer messages here also as there is a time to answer us, I have been answered in different cases with that they are going to help me in something but they have never helped me, well except @SEAmod years ago that did in a serious problem and it was in the old forum, she is the bomb when she intervenes.

In this forum I have the feeling that they are the same "Seller Support" that have no idea of rules, policies and have no tools to fix anything, it is just a moral support to pretend that someone listens to you, is there anyone here that thinks the same as me, or do I need to go to a psychologist?

This is constructive criticism, so don't take revenge on me, if someone doesn't speak up Amazon will never know what we think.

In this forum I have the feeling that they are the same "Seller Support" that have no idea of rules, policies and have no tools to fix anything, it is just a moral support to pretend that someone listens to you, is there anyone here that thinks the same as me, or do I need to go to a psychologist?

I agree with you. I have also noticed that it is very rare that sellers report back that their problems are resolved. Maybe the issue was resolved and it took so long that their original post was locked. Maybe they just gave up and thought "why bother?"

I posted on an issue that I felt was important in the Handmade forum 3 months ago. It has not been resolved.

First I opened a case with the Amazon Handmade customer service to report that the Amazon Handmade Facebook page needed to be updated. It had not been updated since January of 2023. It still shows a banner with Christmas Holiday items. The answer I received from the cs rep was that - "Our Category Merchant Manager has confirmed that she will share this anecdote with our team and they will take action.." They called my request an anecdote. Ha, Ha.

Then, I posted about it in the Handmade forum. The answer to my post in the Handmade forum by the mod was "The Handmade team is well aware of the feedback provided in the forums in the past few months and the lack of presence in our specific Facebook and Instagram social media channels. We are indeed constantly reevaluating how to best highlight and enhance discoverability of Handmade selling partners; and we greatly appreciate and consider your feedback as our commitment lies with improving the Handmade selling partner and customer experience.As soon as we have further updates, we'll make sure to communicate them to our Handmade selling partners. Thank you, Priscilla."

3 months later no update on the FB page and my post has been locked. No further updates from the mod. Something that would have been so easy to fix! "Constantly reevaluating how to best highlight and enhance discoverability of Handmade selling partners; " Ha, Ha! Sounds like an AI scripted response to me. I was trying to help people. The FB page has over a million followers. It seems like they just don't care. Why did I even bother to point this issue out to Amazon?
