Royal Mail Buy shipping option not available after 4pm
Hi,
I am trying to print shipping labels for SFP same-day dispatch orders after 4 p.m. The Royal Mail option is not available at Buy Shipping; only EVRI is available, which is not my preference.
I have to print the label before 4 pm for the shipping by today's orders
Please advise

We had exactly the same problem! I tried contacting Amazon on several occasions to try and get it changed but got nowhere. We have now stopped doing SFP as we got fed up with being told to work weekends and getting defects when Royal Mail delivered late through no fault of ours.

I know this isn't exactly the issue but does anyone else have an issue with 2-day delivery NEVER allowing Tracked 48 with Royal Mail. It's either Tracked 24 or Evri. Frustrating because I have to basically charge Tracked 24 prices for both.

This is due to the shipping setting you have in your collection window.
Your cut off must be before 16:00
