I created a new account with Amazon and am a new seller. But I got an email on my account saying that it was a violation of Article 3 of the Amazon agreement. But I am brand new to the account and have not done anything fraudulent. I submitted my business license and internet billing multiple times but the account is still in closed status. Please help me and tell me what to do!
