ASIN is classified as adult item

My top seller asin is classified as adult item. I've opened two cases and still has not been resolved for 5 days. I've lost lots of sales and impact my business very badly. This is the second time that i've experienced the same issue with the same asin. The first issue was resolved quickly but this time has not been resolved yet and seller support said they are working with other Amazon teams and they are not helpfull. Has anyone experienced same issue and any suggestions to resolve it? This is one of the best selling item on beach towel catagory. The item is not related to adult item. This is just beach towel with bagged. I need your urgent and kindly assistance.

CHECK YOUR BACKEND IF you've marked your product as an adult, if yes, make it false. Or you can delete your ASIN for a short period and then resubmit it.

Sometimes Amazon’s automated systems flag a listing based on specific images or phrases, even if the product itself is completely appropriate.

I took a look at your listing and didn’t see anything obviously out of place, so the suggestions below are just possibilities you might consider testing:

  1. In your A+ content, the photo above “Wide Range of Colors and Patterns” could be drawing attention if the contours of the body are visible through the shirt. Sometimes Amazon’s system is sensitive to images where certain anatomical details are subtly noticeable, even if everything is fully covered and appropriate.
  2. It may also be worth trying a change to image #6 (“love, love, love”).
  3. Finally, you could experiment with rephrasing “absorbs moisture” in the A+ description, just to see if it makes a difference.

Even small edits like these can sometimes resolve an unexpected flag.
