The Amazon warehouse lost tens of thousands of dollars worth of our goods without any compensation
We sent products to IND9, and the carrier said that they were delivered to the warehouse IND9 and provided POD. Amazon's customer support told us that the shipment had been received on Oct 8, 2023 and was waiting be put on shelves.
However, Amazon lost our shipment and closed our shipment. After we opened the case investigation shipment, Amazon's customer support told us that the goods could not be found in the system, and they did not compensate for the lost goods.
It has been 9 months since my goods were lost after delivery to Amazon. I provided POD and packing list to start the case investigation again, but I have not received any effective progress or reply.
Does anyone have any good suggestions? Thanks!
