Good afternoon. I made an FBA shipment on 05/24 and the units were delivered on 05/30. Since then there have been no changes in the status of this shipment. I waited for the determined date for investigation and whenever this date arrives, Amazon changes it to another week. It was first eligible for investigation on 06/24, then changed to 07/05, 07/13 and now 07/19. I have already requested help in 3 different cases but no response other than: We would have been more than happy if we could expedite the shipment reception process.

Is there nothing that can be done? I noticed that there are other forums complaining about this same problem with this warehouse: IND9
